This portfolio is a synthesis of my academic works and professional endeavors. These materials represent my commitment to advocacy for equal access to information and opportunities in education and greater community for people of all abilities. My background is in working with students with visual impairments, deafblindness, and multiple disabilities; my expertise is in understanding the pedagogical needs of diverse learners (including students, teachers, and parents!) in order to adopt tools and technology that support learning.  I prioritize bridging research to practice, and value collaborating with diverse colleagues in mainstream and specialized fields.
